In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Assist with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provide administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines.
• Assist with managing project risk; complete administrative work in the use of quality tools to identify areas of risk.
• Assist in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.
• Help monitor and communicate project status to project team.
• Serve as a support resource on projects and work assignments.
• Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor, measure and communicate with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Communicate effectively - Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
• Plan and align - Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Customer focus - Build strong customer relationships and delivery customer-centric solutions.
• Resourcefulness - Secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently utilizing Video Conferencing technology.
• Experience with SalesForce, BMS, and Adobe will be helpful.
• 3 years in managing projects required.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline is preferred or Proven relevant work experience required.Compensation and Benefits

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
