This position is part of the Quality Regulatory & Clinical Affairs team for Beckman Coulter located in Miami, FL and will be supporting both teams and reporting to Senior Director of Biostatistics & Data Management. Our Clinical Affairs team supports this vision by designing clinical studies that demonstrate the unique performance of Beckman Coulter diagnostics tests that help advance how healthcare is delivered. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:• Independently coordinate administrative support to top level managers and departments.• Support key clinical processes to enhance team efficiencies: contract management, vendor/ invoice management, study logistics support• Support virtual employee onboarding, organize workshops/meetings & support use of DBS tools.

The essential requirements of the job include: • High School graduate with advanced education in administrative, project management or business preferred• 5+ years of administrative or project management experience• Proficient with Microsoft office tools, computer applications & business tools, knowledge of Oracle

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:• Project management• Clinical operations/logistics support or contract/legal process
