This role will work closely with the Program Management and Policy Division to provide project management support across teams, including preparing, coordinating, implementing programmatic resources, information, budgets, and activities.

- Salary Range: $56,160.00 - $64,584.00 per year (how we pay and promote)
Responsibilities
- Coordinates project management activities, resources, supplies, and information across teams.
- Provides meeting support to programs by drafting agendas, calendaring, organizing documents, capturing minutes, preparing summaries, tracking progress of action items, and on-site meeting logistics support (when required).
- Collects and compiles data and reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Provides data entry support into organization's electronic business systems.
- May monitor and triage centralized email communications and respond to routine inquiries.
- May liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Ensures standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Assists project managers with budgets, legal paperwork, analyzing risks and opportunities, and monitoring budget expenditures.
- Provides document management support including coordinating changes from multiple stakeholders, reformatting documents to follow guidelines, ensuring 508 compliance and exporting content into multiple formats.
- Supports documenting of processes and procedures.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years' experience
Basic Requirements
- Ability to learn and navigate web-based system such as SharePoint, Teams, and other electronic business systems.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for face-to-face interactions with clients, co-workers, and program stakeholders

Skills That Set You Apart
- Master's degree preferred
- Degree in science, health, or healthcare
- Experience with contracting in the federal government
- Experience supporting project activities across multiple teams
- Familiarity with project planning tools
- Experience summarizing and organizing reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
