Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our UX Research team. You will help shape the future of the Fivetran data pipeline platform for businesses large and small. Our ideal candidate has experience recruiting B2B users for research studies. We value those that hit the ground running, leading by example on projects and collaborating well cross-functionally. You will be diving deep into the daily lives of our customers and applying that understanding to everyday product design decisions. 

As you talk with our team, you should be able to walk through your recruitment and project management process in detail.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the UX research team by recruiting users, scheduling user interviews, and managing participants throughout the process
• Manage and track recruitment and participation for multiple research studies
• Manage the execution of research projects across stakeholders
• Assist in integrating customers into research platforms for easier recruitment
• Manage customer lists to ensure we’re meeting recruitment best practices.
• Assist in research analysis on larger projects with the research team

Skills We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-3 years experience in project management or project coordination
• Experience writing screener questions for recruitment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, with excellent multi-tasking skills to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently
• Experience working with a research team and familiar with the process and project steps.
• Interested in being a part of the larger research process whether it’s conducting analysis or assisting on the research plan.
• Interested in growing into a Operations Program Manager Role.
