The way we guarantee this continued success is via a team of skilled, dedicated, and mission-driven project managers. On this team, you will play an integral role in coordinating project tasks, assigning and following up on tasks with key stakeholders, communicating on successes, bottlenecks, delays, or other issues, and providing a bridge between our PMs and the cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Strategy, and other key functions.
What You'll Do Here

• Manage sub-projects and project tasks under the direction of Project Managers or Senior PMs
• Maintain and update project documentation in an organized and scalable manner
• Facilitate project team meetings and prepare project materials
• Own project tracking, data collection, and reporting mechanisms for your assigned projects and the team overall
• Create documentation to support comprehensive integration and onboarding plans to be shared with cross-functional stakeholders, internally and externally, providing clear definition and ownership across the processes for accountability, insights, and reporting
• Support successful delivery of all project requirements within the pre-defined project plan and timescale; i.e. product requirement definition process, market reviews, technology solutions, vendor management recommendations, etc
• Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders on the overall Indeed Flex service and technology capabilities and solutioning to drive successful integration and onboarding of key partnerships to the organization
• Provide support to Project Managers to drive effective scoping and delivery of completed projects including solution design, implementation planning, successful project management, and successful project execution
• Design and delivery standard, routine reporting to summarize progress and deliverables for projects, drive accountability to task owners, and identify bottlenecks and roadblocks for early detection and resolution to reduce impact on project timeline

Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with relevant project coordination/project management responsibilities related to business strategy, growth, and operations
• Experience coordinating daily tasks, conducting research, analyzing and reporting information, and communicating to cross-functional project managers and key stakeholders
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, with an uncanny ability to identify missing information, adjust accordingly, and a desire to standardize/automate workflows whenever possible
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals: able to provide guidance and leadership for various initiatives, changes, process improvements, practice standardization, automation, and data sanitization with limited direct oversight and supervision
• Demonstrated curiosity and resourcefulness to proactively seek opportunities for improvement, bottlenecks, and obstacles in order to propose and/or implement change initiatives to improve the impact, efficiency, and effectiveness of projects
• Exceptional customer service skills to manage stakeholder expectations, and communications, and deliver success through outcomes and quality deliverables
• There is a direct career progression path from this role to being a Project Manager - having an interest and desire to become a Project Manager and some work towards, or relevant certification in, formalized Project Management is highly desired
