Project Coordinator
Job Description
- Provide project management support for optimization projects including ensuring team members kick off and close projects on agreed upon dates, noting issues/risks related to the project, and partnering with project owners on budget management.
- Complete initial project setup, including ensuring the correct resources, estimated work hours and dates are used.
- Assist with SalesForce management, including survey follow-ups, compilation of at-risk project reports, and case queue management.
- Maintain integrity of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by conducting regular audits of data to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with our Internal Project Managers on internal investment projects and assist with ad hoc administrative projects as assigned.
- Provide reporting and data analytics, as needed, to Operations leadership to ensure efficient, effective management of client services.
- Update project records, account records, contact records, cases, licenses, opportunities, dashboards, and reports upon request.
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage competing projects and deadlines
