Job Summary
Project Coordinator I (PC I) is an entry-level role. PC I spends the majority of their time assisting the Manager who oversees their assigned program. These tasks range from assisting with agendas and meeting minutes, creating presentations for meetings, and other relevant tasks as assigned.
Given that this is an entry-level role, PC1 spends a large portion of their time learning about managing programs and projects in a medical device setting, BioFire products, design control, change control, and risk management.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMerieux Quality System.
- Assist with communication to align stakeholders and track goals/milestones.
- Run meetings under the guidance of the Manager.
- Take an active role in learning about BioFire products, design control, risk management, and change control.
- Present project-related updates to small teams and large groups.
- Assist manager and other department leaders with program- and department-related tasks, including (but not limited to): meeting minutes, timeline updates, and presentation preparation.
- Assist manager in drafting project proposals, design input documentation, project plans, schedules, presentations, technical reviews, and other documentation as assigned.
Supplemental Information
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Works on-site full time.
Training and Education
- Bachelor's degree required; B.S. in life science, engineering, or equivalent technical field a plus.
Experience
- No experience required.
