Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to manage client projects, oversee team workload, and ensure smooth delivery. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, allocate resources, and collaborate with course creators to bring e-learning projects to life. If you're organized, proactive, and excited about shaping the future of e-learning, this role is for you!
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for: 

• Project Quoting: gather project requirements from the clients and provide accurate quotes.
• Team Workload Management: manage team workload and ensure balanced task distribution.
• Project Allocation: allocate projects based on expertise and capacity, optimizing resource utilization.
• Client Communication: act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Client Calls: conduct regular client calls for updates and issue resolution.
• Tool Management: oversee the management of all tools and programs, ensuring they are effectively utilized and maintained.
• Knowledge Sharing Sessions: organize knowledge-sharing sessions for continuous learning.
• Regular 1:1 Meetings: hold regular one-on-one meetings with course creators to follow upon project progress, provide support, and address any challenges.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
• Support course creation team in achieving instructional goals.
• Apply instructional design theories and best practices in learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Education, Communications)
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in course creation or educational settings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
