Job Title: Project Coordinator

Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Management Team and assist with the tracking and reporting on software development and/or installation service project tasks to ensure the required deliverables are provided on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. This role will collaborate with business and technology partners to support the delivery of complete, best-in-class solutions for the Retail Marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update assigned tasks - Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Ensure client site readiness and proactively identify issues and/or roadblocks
  • Track and monitor software development, hardware shipments and delivery, and identify where delays may occur
  • Act as the point-of-contact for project related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate project status to the project manager detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
  • Organize reports and project artifacts for easy right to use
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and ensure they have the supplies and resources needed to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.
  • Use tools to monitor project tasks and activities - Advance in SharePoint and managing SharePoint repositories
  • Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and distribute to project stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports where needed.
  • Ensure project management standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance reviews tests
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist PM with validation of project deliverables and project artifacts
  • Ability to build and influence relationships.
  • Oversee project procurement management


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational, presentational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong SharePoint management skill
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • A strong team player with positive outlook
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in fast paced environment
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, Oracle, Jira, Financial Force)
