This role will be responsible for accomplishing project objectives by assisting with project schedule, budgeting, planning, managing project issues and risks as well as resource and quality management.

What You'll Accomplish and Experience

• Help manage relationships with vendors, integrators, and telecommunication providers, including daily, weekly, and monthly communication and contract negotiations as a function within projects.
• Deliver objectives as outlined and defined in Statement of Work
• Communicate project status and direction by regularly distributing status reports
• Act as the key communicator for client to resolve project and vendor related issues
• Develop knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, standards, processes, and metrics for projects
• Understands project goals, scope, defined roles and responsibilities and project resources
• Follows up with others to ensure commitments are on track; works with project team resources to make sure that appropriate approval on deliverables is obtained
• Assists with tracking risks and issues
• Aids in creation and maintenance of project schedules including resource tracking
• Assists in planning projects as well as lessons learned following the project
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by making their needs a primary focus

• Respond to telephone calls, emails and tickets with professionalism and courtesy within established response guidelines

• Responsible for entering time and expenses in CCR systems as it occurs and submitting them for approval by the designated deadline
• Generate creative solutions and approaches to issues and organizational processes
• Manage performance to achieve expected results
• Exemplify and promote CCR values
• Actively demonstrate reliability by maintaining a consistent work schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desirable Previous Experience

• Understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies
• Ability to facilitate meetings to fulfill objectives and timeframes including defining objectives, participants, action items, processes and expected outcomes
• Subject matter expert level planning & organizational skills

• Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (2010 or higher)
• Basic understanding of wireless network technologies, signal strength, loss of signal, line of sight, interference, etc
• Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP including IP addressing and sub-netting and network connectivity, etc

• Maintain composure when faced with challenges and adjust quickly and effectively as team role changes
• Advanced problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to facilitate projects from beginning to end
• Assist and work with Project Manager to recommend solutions on complex business or technical problems
