Your Opportunity

Stantec's thriving brownfield revitalization practice is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Our team helps communities and property owners bring unused and contaminated properties back to life, supporting smart growth, community wellness, and economic prosperity. We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated document preparation, data entry and tracking, spreadsheet, and all-around project management assistance skills to support our practice. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and other standard office software to promote consistency and quality of content and formatting and quality (punctuation, grammar, acronym definition, etc.)
  • Assemble and review PDF documents using Adobe software with an attention to detail and quality.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit budget/finance related documents and reports including invoices, invoice cover letters, and budget tables/summaries/spreadsheets.
  • Enter project data into online databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking and documentation tools.
  • Interact and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks at once.
  • Prepare contracting and subcontracting documents.
  • Assist with management of MS Teams and SharePoint sites
  • Support Project Managers with other tasks as required.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • 3+ years administrative and/or project/program management support experience.
  • Strong writing, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Focus on safety and quality.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Pro.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Majority of time spent in office environment with prolonged sitting and computer work.
