Job Description

Copper River Infrastructure Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide Project Financial and Administration services in support of Government and/or Construction Services engagements and critical support in executing daily project scheduling, resourcing, reporting, and other mechanisms of executing project administration. Assist Project/Program Managers with coordination and administrative responsibilities related to projects and contracts of varying size and complexity.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Thoroughly understand and communicate day to day status of current projects to appropriate stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective project metric tracking, schedules, and reporting
  • Manage the monthly business rhythms of both the programmatic and financial cycles
  • Develop and maintain a repository and file structure that enable easy and logical retrieval, as well as maintaining the requisite records management
  • Ensure that project deliverables, weekly progress reports and monthly performance reports reflect the work performed and results as it relates to company objectives and contracted deliverables
  • Perform financial analysis in support of ongoing program management
  • Interface with subcontractors, vendors and customers in support of program execution
  • Provide recommendations and contributions to continually raise the project management maturity and sophistication. Areas for contribution are:
    • Technical documents, project documentation and project management templates (i.e. quality plans, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and cost management)
    • Graphical depiction of activities and milestones pertinent to the contractor’s completion of the tasks
    • Matrix of all deliverables, their version/release date, and planned delivery mechanism

 

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Associate’s Degree
  • Qualifications:
    • Ability to identify, research, discuss and resolve administrative, contractual and financial issues independently and as part of a team
    • Set priorities that balance service and control
    • Manage and track multiple initiatives
    • Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities on an on-going basis
    • Excellent presentation & communication skills in both oral and written form
    • Critical and pro-active thinking
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team, internal and external

Position Pay Range

$45,000—$52,000 USD
