What You'll Do
  • Manage all non-design related projects. These types of projects include but are not limited to international labeling projects, brand transition projects, case pack change, color refresh and/or compliance updates.
  • Prepare the non-design product turnover forms, color assortment mix files and send over to Hong Kong Engineering team to start the project. Monitor the project status by weekly progress report and track to the first shipment.
  • The coordinator will initiate working with Marketing, Brand, Costing and Operations team to collect project information. This may include label size / location, packaging information, cost breakdown and track PO status until the project ships.
  • Support all new item/new project set-up in our Workfront System.
  • Monitor the WorkFront task report, meet with PMO team weekly to review the project status to identify any late task or open issues.
  • Coordinate with internal Marketing teams to submit their pipeline projects request in Workfront. Monitor the pipeline project status and alert PD management and marketing team on any relevant updates
  • Manage distribution of product development samples and renderings for external sales meetings and photoshoots
  • Work with Design Directors weekly on assigning designers to projects
  • Support the Design team on Monthly Product Presentations by assembling PowerPoint Presentation with designer digital assets files.
  • Attend internal project kick-off meeting.
  • Manage FedEx shipping and receiving samples for Product development department.

Bring It!
  • University/College degree a plus or post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and/or product development support role.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and proficient in multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Workfront experience is preferred.

Salary range: $65,000-$75,000
