Project Coordinator

 RP is seeking a Project Coordinator to help assist our program and project management team.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide project coordination support across programs to include: reviewing and approving timesheets, reviewing invoices, and support performance management activities.

• Maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project's progress to team members and other stakeholders; and managing the project's budget. 

• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. 

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. 

• Support Delivery needs across RP headquarters teams (Talent Acquisition, Contracts, HR, and Operations) 

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. 

• Ensuring project deadlines are met. 

• Determining project changes. 

• Providing administrative support as needed. 

• Undertaking project tasks as required. 

• Developing project strategies. 

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2 years of relevant work experience with a federal contractor

• Experience with maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules. 

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
