Your Role

We are hiring motivated and results-driven Project Coordinators who will support cross functional teams to develop detailed action plans and coordinate resources, budget, and schedules for capital projects. You will play a critical role in the facilitation, planning, and execution of successful projects and deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a good understanding or project coordination principles and industry related regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to capture key decisions and action items.
  • Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation. Ensure documentation and materials are up to date and properly stored/recorded.
  • Coordinate project activities and monitor progress against established plans. Assist with project management execution, ensuring best practices through work plans, critical path analysis, and earned value milestones (utilizing Stage Gate Model methodology).
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Monitor and document project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist the building and management portfolio and project specific dashboards for resource planning and tracking of deliverables.
  • Track project expenses, create purchase order requests, track invoices, prepare reports, and identify areas for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Previous project coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive projects forward.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Project.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and GMP guidelines within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Estimated Pay (dependent on experience) $25 - $33/hour
