How to contribute to our vision 

As project coordinator you will work closely with the project managers and specialists in the department by supporting with project execution and project administration. 

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to: 

Follow up on project tasks, details and documentation 

• Assist in project scheduling 

• Assist in meetings and workshops (e.g. planning, facilitation and minutes of meetings) 

• Support with reporting (e.g. monthly performance report) 

• Ad hoc tasks 

What you need to make a difference 

In order to thrive in this job, you have business development background or similar and you have knowledge of project management approaches. As Project Coordinator, you will contribute to a positive work environment by being an open and positive colleague and a trusted sparring partner for the project managers and their team members. 

We expect that you: 

• Are a proactive and flexible self-starter with an eye for details. 

• Have good presentation skills and fluent in English both written and verbally. 

• Can work on tight deadlines. 

• Know and can facilitate project management tools (e.g. risks and issues, stakeholder management) 

• Master Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point and MS Project. 

• It would be a benefit to have commercial insight  

• and great if you possess some PowerBI skills
