The Productions Coordinator is responsible for being the liaison between the customer and the installation workforce to ensure a seamless installation experience. This position interfaces with installers, clients, service providers, co-workers, and the customer that experiences the installation daily.
Essential Functions

Primary resource for installer schedules, questions, and work-related issues (the central point of contact).

Coordinates assignments ad paper flow for daily Service Provider schedules.

Dispatches work orders to SPs and adjusts workloads as needed.

Notifies customers of installation time frames.

Fields incoming customer calls.
-
Handles all escalations to full resolution.

Acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve installation issues.

Ensures all customers are contacted at the end of the installation.

Serves as a backup to the other Project Coordinators.

Performs other managerial duties as assigned by the Director.

Serves as backup to the Director as assigned.

ensures completeness and accuracy of all paperwork.

Ensures all business operations with an area of responsibility are conducted ethically and within the law.

Returns voicemail messages and emails within (4) business hours.
Education & Experience
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
-
Strong Leadership/Interpersonal skills.
-
Effective oral and written communication skills.
-
Strong organizational and problem-resolution skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects.
-
Team player/customer-focused.
-
Experience in MS Word and Excel.
-
Valid Drivers license and over 21 years of age.

Construction industry experience desired.
