Project Coordinator- Providence Home Services Oregon
Schedule: Full time, Days, Monday- Friday
Location: Onsite, Beaverton, Oregon
The Project Coordinator is responsible for project management of complex projects and designated Home Services business processes. Coordinates projects at multiple sites for Home Services Directors, Managers and staff. Complexity is defined by number of sites, affected staff, duration, creation and maintenance and required computer technologies. Facilitates and supports multi-departmental and departmentally specific projects, the scope of which includes development of materials related to projects and work plans, as well as development of computer activities in support of projects. Researches problems and policy applications for opportunities for business and quality improvements. Provides direct project coordination and administrative support to the Chief Executive, Home Services Directors and their departments for all Oregon sites and for region-wide projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree and/or a medical administrative field.
- upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
- 5 years Experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business or a medical administrative field.
- 2 years Experience in a health care environment.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life. Our service lines include assisted living/skilled nursing/rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), personal home services/private duty care and supportive housing.
