The Gist

Our Project Coordinator will be instrumental in working with the federal government and supporting the portfolio management teams in organizing, implementing communication, strategy and support the execution of the program.

What your Day May Include

• Organize and facilitate meeting and discussions with Portfolio Management teams.
• Assist in planning, running meetings and coordinating discussions across teams.
• Document meeting notes and draft decision memos that document meeting outcomes.
• Assist portfolio management team in developing and maintaining strategy documents to include: roadmaps and spend trackers.
• Provide strategic communication and change management support as needed.
• Assist team with program and project management support, which may include the creation of accountability mechanisms that keep team on track to meet defined deadlines.
• Provide administrative, event management and project management support to the internal leadership team
• Support the operations and execution of the program office.
• Manage administration of project.
• Support and track all agreements, tasks and program budgets.
• Engage directly with program teams provide support as needed.
• Work closely with Account Manager to provide program support and assist in onboarding of new employees.
• Meet with stakeholders to provide updates and prioritize tasks.
• Provide upward support to program leadership team to ensure that all objectives and tasks are moved forward.

Requirements

You'll Bring These Qualifications

• Must have Project Management experience supporting a government agency, preferably GSA
• Expert experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to operate and create Zoom meetings
• Strong client facing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Experience with Google Suite
• Experience with Trello
