About The Job
This position is for an I.T. Project Coordinator which will report to the PMO. The I.T. Project Coordinator duties include assisting in the planning and overseeing of projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget, assisting in designating project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.Â

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Assist in the creation of a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Assist in management of changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Assist in performing risk management to minimize project risks
- Assist in the creation of and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
Education & Experience (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 2 years of project management coordination and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
