Project Coordinator
Job Description
The Project Coordinator role works with the team planning, organizing, scheduling, procedures, and timing for installations and special projects, including communication with Kardex Supply Chain, Dealers, Installers, and Customers.
Your tasks
- Involved in pre-sales project quotes for services, supplier goods, installation, and delivery.
- Organizing the resources needed for projects, such as subcontractors, equipment rentals, logistics, assistance with getting parts/quality, and acceptance at the completion.
- Travel could be required for Kick Off meetings, installations, and acceptance management. Approximately 25% travel.
- Great communication skills with our team internally
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of team capacity and task delegation
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Time management
- Communicating with clients and making good decisions about customer service
- Making the work schedules
- Other duties as assigned.
