The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Principals within the Strategic Planning & Communications team at Consor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with writing assignments, including typing, transcribing, proofreading, and formatting materials for presentations and client deliverables.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, effectively managing calendars and ensuring timely reminders and updates.
  • Manage the Principal's inbox, responding to or delegating messages, as necessary.
  • Collect and compile meeting materials, ensuring that Principals are adequately prepared.
  • Coordinate internal staff meetings and events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Maintain and organize filing system for departmental documents to ensure easy access to relevant information.
  • Complete various other organizational, administrative, and reporting duties for the department.

Required Credentials

  • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in time and project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive work materials.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • 5 + years' experience in administrative support field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
