Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION

This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to business partners, departments, divisions, or enterprise areas and providing end-to-end support for all activities related to NM Network Services. Perform tasks to include developing and managing projects; facilitate meetings and track deliverables; develop tracking of project logs; coordination of training materials and training plans for staff; writing project funding requests and or project plans including enhanced system functionality as needed; testing new development and/or validation of project task completion; and maintaining project plans, issue logs, and status reports. This position is also responsible for resolving escalated issues, lead or participating in the project meetings and workgroups with multiple, simultaneous projects. Manage the relationship between Network teams, enterprise teams, IT and/or other internal/external client organization in business and technical environments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree and 2 years of business, training or project management experience OR 6 years of business, training, or project management experience.

* Experience in the development of training materials.

* Experience facilitating groups and delivering presentations.

* Experience writing process requirements, testing and life cycle through implementation.

* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Ability to work with all levels of the organization.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience resolving complex business issues.
