Job Description
How You'll Make an Impact:
The Project Coordinator will assist the digital marketing project team with administrative tasks related to the marketing team's projects and campaigns. The Project Coordinator will support digital cadence and projects by monitoring statuses, process flow, and asset release and by communicating updates to the Project Team. The Project Coordinator will schedule and coordinate digital cadence and project meetings, prepare and deliver weekly reports and schedules, and work with cross-functional partners to help ensure timelines are met. In addition, process flow and automation upgrades will be regularly reviewed with recommendations made to project team members.
This role reports to the eComm Project Manager, in a hybrid-on-site role based in Buckhead, Atlanta.
Role Breakdown:
40% Digital Marketing Project Task Management including but not limited to:
- Monitoring and reporting on cadence and project process flow and status
- Assisting in the intake, review, and scheduling of all marketing projects
- Assisting in the management of marketing project change control procedures for all marketing campaigns and projects
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing projects' process flow and status
- Overseeing cadence and project creative review feedback windows
- Managing cadence and project creative asset release for all digital channels
- Managing post-release site and app content refresh process
- Prepare Weekly Status Reporting on managed teams
- Additional Administrative tasks such as meeting materials preparation, email communications, etc
20% Schedule Maintenance including but not limited to:
- Provide daily schedule updates and communications across cross-functioning partners
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and that stakeholders are aware of delays when they occur
- Facilitate weekly schedule review meetings for cadence and projects
- Schedule weekly cadence and project meetings and maintain invite lists
20% Partnership/Communications including but not limited to:
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and PM to ensure timelines are met/adjusted as needed
- Partner with PM to maintain knowledgebase for cadence and project processes, flowcharts, and additional materials as needed
- Collaborating with others in IT management roles to deliver shared results. Ability to achieve results without necessarily having a reporting relationship
- Developing relationships with departmental leadership and stakeholders
- Understanding formal escalation and review processes
- Take the lead on marketing project and campaign change management
- Additional administrative tasks as needed
20% Marketing Project Process Updates
- Regularly analyze and make process update recommendations to project team
- Assisting in implementation of process updates
- Regularly investigate and make recommendations on potential automation activities through Trello, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Sharepoint

- Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
- Excellent ability to communicate and develop cross functional relationships
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to fast-paced environment
- Extremely detail oriented
- An ability to be proactive and resolve potential conflicts
- An ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- An ability to prepare and interpret reports, flowcharts, schedules and action plans
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role is a plus
- Experience in project management/traffic coordination is a plus
