Job Summary:

The company in need of a Project Coordinator who will be in charge to review, monitor, follow up, report, organize and coordinate data related project for operational and quality assurance needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Monitoring RMA data and alerting if there is unusual data records and inconsistencies
• Reviewing RMA data, compiling and presenting extensive periodically report
• Providing specific user data and report in details to management as needed
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts for RMA failure analysis
• Working close with RMA team for RMA data process and Contract Manufacturing report discrepancy
• Testing program for functions/processes/reports to ensure all work as expected
• Acquiring data from source, collecting and maintaining documents

Qualifications:

• Must have US work authorization, no OPT or H1B sponsorship
• Ideal candidate will have minimum bachelor's degree
• Skill ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent skills in MS-Excel, with specific understanding of macro creation.
• Working knowledge of Office 365
• Work effectively in a team and good communication skills

Salary Range

$19.00 - $33.00

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
