PROJECT COORDINATOR

SUMMARY

Assists Project Management team with generation of laboratory reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assists with tracking PVT analyses progress in the laboratory.
  • Prepares and sends preliminary data to clients via fax, email or phone as directed.
  • Processes and reviews laboratory data for quality control and compliance with ISO procedures to ensure efficiency and schedules are met, as directed.
  • Reviews PVT data generated, testing, and other operational reports to ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Performs assigned functions as designated by Project Management.
  • Prepares preliminary data and reports for completion of PVT studies.
  • Assists in various aspects of lab work, as needed.
  • Assists and or prepares final PVT reports.
  • Issues scope of work; prepares and proofs compositional reports.
  • Responsible for an average 2 to 3 PVT reports per week.
  • Addresses maintenance issues on an as needed basis.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Ability to work with Windows© based programs including Microsoft Office™.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must posses valid drivers license; driving record must meet MVR criteria set forth by Core Lab as evidence of driving insurability; and maintain organizations safety course requirements.
