Project Coordinator

Who You Are 

This position is part of TabaPay’s Product and Technology organizations and the Project Coordinator will work across multiple business and technical units within TabaPay to drive overall project success. 

The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or administrator, but is self-motivated, curious, and has a drive to get things done.

What You’ll Do 

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Proactively take charge, get things done and operate effectively 
• Develop and maintain project tasks and track the tasks to completion
• Be the point of contact and communicate project status to cross-functional teams
• Organize and participate in daily calls and stakeholder meetings
• Document meeting notes and follow-up on action items
• Actively identify and address the needs of the team and provide appropriate support

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline 
• 1+ years specialized experience in project coordination or management in a technology organization 
• Prior experience working in a software development startup or hypergrowth environment preferred
• Expertise in JIRA required, with an overall familiarity with project management and reporting tools 
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking 
• Excellent verbal and written communication 

This position is onsite 5 days a week at our Mountain View, CA HQ.

The pay range for this position is $90,000-$105,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
