Position Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Assist and manage requests involving various areas of Information Technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members while working on application development requests.
  • Support all stages of the project life cycle, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and budget, using established methodologies.
  • Prepare initial request discovery details.
  • Develop and prepare high-level request plans for all phases of the project life cycle, balancing resource allocation to ensure timelines are met.
  • Proactively manage request changes in requests scope, issues, and risks and prepare contingency plans.
  • Prioritize request deliverables and artifacts.
  • Create and maintain project meeting minutes to document key decisions and action items.
  • Exercise sound judgment in planning, organizing, and managing projects.
  • Facilitate request communication and change management activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and internal customers to gather required request needs.
  • Track and report request progress to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain request documentation and reports.

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • Concurrently manage multiple requests and prioritize workloads while working interdependently within a cross-functional team.
  • Extract data from multiple sources and prepare various reports.
  • Possess proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work well in a fast-paced and quick-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of a variety of technical platforms and methodologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications, including Teams, Excel, and Project.
