Job Description

Do you consider yourself to be self-motivated, attentive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment? Netronix Integration, INC is seeking a Project Coordinator to immediately join our Southern California team, ideally with experience in the low voltage/security industry. In this role, you will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are on schedule and profitable.

What you’ll do

  • Share relevant documentation and reports with project teams
  • Be the point of contact for various working groups
  • Develop in-depth understanding of projects and timeframes
  • Assist with resource management and project scheduling
  • Understand formal escalation and review processes
  • Provide support to project managers when requested
  • Create and manage project documentation
  • Create and review various reports
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices
  • Create project submittals, site specific safety plans, tailgate safety, and closeout documentation
  • Work with the Purchasing department to coordinate parts being ordered in a timely fashion
  • Send billing to the Accounting department based on percent completed on projects
  • Attend weekly in-house project meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers
  • File documents in an orderly fashion
  • Provide any other project support as needed

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); minimum one to three months related experience and/or training
  • Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite preferred
  • Continuous attention and adherence to personal safety and the safety of those around you
