Project Coordinator (Active Clearance Required)

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to facilitate information flow, precise communication, process, and administration for a U.S. Department of State (DOS) office in the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS).The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of communication and support tasks. This person will work diligently under pressure and with great attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will come with new and effective ways to achieve results for a dynamic and high-visibility DS mission.

• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, across DS and the State Department
• Identify “the right person” or “the right office” to assist in moving the mission forward, and execute
• Respond to the requirements of the office director
• Maintain the schedule of the office director
• Innovate and optimize intra and inter-office communications
• Assist in all aspects of keeping the office running efficiently
• Assist in coordinating meetings with the front office
• Coordinate onboarding of new staff
• Perform purchasing requests
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience improving communication and processes in an administrative role
• Knowledge of DS and DOS information systems
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to improve administrative processes
• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
• Local to the northern Virginia area or willing to relocate

Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI in JPAS
