RSM is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR)/Project Coordinator to join our Risk Consulting practice.

We are seeking a self-motivated, professional, and responsible individual to focus on security and privacy services for our national team. This position is responsible for both client service and administrative functions necessary to support RSM's client experience strategy. This person must maintain complete knowledge of all aspects of our firm's engagement management capabilities and applications that support our line of business. They must apply their working knowledge of our firm's tools and strategy to support our Operations and Project Management teams in delivering projects efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute standardized processes and improvements within the engagement lifecycle to ensure that efficient and consistent services can be delivered by our project teams
    • Acts as a change agent in the implementation of new processes and tools
    • Provide occasional process improvement feedback
  • Assist engagement managers in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including:
    • Project plans
    • Project budgets
    • Project communications
    • Meeting schedules
  • Work with the Operations team to track metrics around project performance (budget, timeline), practice performance and trend analysis, where appropriate
  • Serve as point of contact between RSM teams to maintain a positive client experience
    • Act as liaison between line of business client processing centers (CPC) and engagement team
    • Act as liaison between Operations team and engagement teams to help manage engagement tracking and reporting
  • Complete tasks (internal or client-facing) with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Travel is limited

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of work experience within professional services is a plus
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders while meeting deadlines

Compensation Range: $52,700 - $94,300
