Project Coordinator - Automation & Emerging Technologies

Summary

Responsible for planning and coordinating project activities, resources and documentation on assigned projects. Support project manager with components of larger more complex projects and initiatives. Helps to prepare project documentation and creates templates for the team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop project definition, specifications, and guidelines. Define and communicate project goals.
• Monitor and coordinate activities and resources to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Develop and communicate project information to various levels of Company management.
• Provide project leadership and direction to project team members.
• Meet with other departments to coordinate efforts and schedules necessary to complete project.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 0-4 years related experience
• Associate degree or equivalent
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Frequent travel (6-20%)
• Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree along with 4-6 years project management experience. Must have interest in pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
