Job Title: Project Coordinator - Brands, events, video content

Duration: 4- Months

Location: Portland, Oregon

Hybrid: Work in client office 2-4 times per month and additional onsite work may be needed for events and location shooting. Events may require working occasional nights or weekends to support.

Approximate hrs/week: Starting at 25 hours per week, ramping up to 40 hrs a week by 4-6 weeks.

Key Skills : prior experience in either a Corp creative department or marketing/branding agency. Agency experience is desired but not required.

Job Description:

This role will work with Brand, Employee Comms and HR to develop pilot cohort, programming and materials, schedule meetings and continuously improve the pilot program.

• Launch and manage an internal ambassador pilot.
• Administer our project management and asset management tools.
• Support visual storyteller to schedule subjects, space and assist on location, they should be able to plan and execute projects and require minimal oversight for simple project management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Asset management and workflow management program admin.
• Help produce video content including scheduling, setting up equipment, assistant to videographer.
• Support brand community activations such as trade shows, community events, festivals etc.
• Launch and support internal brand ambassador pilot. Additional project work as requested.

Required Skills

• Efficient, open, collaborative, strategic, creative, sees the big/holistic picture, customer-oriented, results driven and can work well with a team, but also does not need a lot of direction to finalize a project.
• Open to learn new technologies.

Education and Qualifications Required:

Degrees required for this job: PMP + experience with project management or workflow tools a plus (not required)

Years of experience required for this job: 2-5 years
