The Project Coordinator assists in multiple partner onboarding projects. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to the Business Development team and any other key stakeholders. This role supports the Business Development team in the onboarding and management of partners and requires the ability to encourage teamwork, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possess a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the work effort and the company.

  • Assists in reviewing, qualifying, and closing partner leads
  • Coordinates detailed partner onboarding project activities and manages multiple partner integrations simultaneously
  • Identifies project risks and schedules, while effectively escalating issues, concerns, and requests
  • Effectively manage communications with a wide array of stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Educate internal teams as projects launch, evolve, and grow, and ensure internal teams have what they need to function in their job roles with regard to partner projects
  • Take responsibility for the success of projects within the program area
  • Manage complex internal team dynamics and complex external partner dynamics
  • Synthesize technical information at a level that leads to business success
  • Assist with preparing business reviews and identifying areas for growth within the partnership
  • Work with Senior Program Manager and Senior Director, Business Development to continue to grow and expand responsibilities

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related experience
  • 3-5 years working in SaaS with industry knowledge of Healthcare Software required
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams working within a SaaS environment
  • Superior organizational and project coordinator skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other Project/Product Management tools
  • Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools: MS Project, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with the ability to own areas with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

Employees accrue fifteen days Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

Base Pay Range for this position:

63,000.00 - 79,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD Annual

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
