Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator - Customer Service, Maximo work order management

Duration: 1 year contract

Location: Portland, Oregon

Note: Not 100% remote; require occasional travel to a PGE facility

This role seeks experienced Project Coordinator for our client's Capital Wildfire Mitigation and Resiliency Program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support various Project Managers by researching and managing information, handling incoming customer inquiries, etc.

Project Description
  • The WFMR Program sponsors and constructs updated and new electric facilities to mitigate risk and provide resiliency to our clients' power systems in designated wildfire areas

Desired Skills:
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), data review and management, customer service skills, experience with Maximo and/or work order management is a PLUS

Size of the team : Client's WFMR Team size is 15+ plus this resource will work with GTD-PMO Team to support 5+ Program Sponsors.

Education/ Certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work hours:

40 hours/week
