In order to more effectively and efficiently carry out our mission, we are seeking outstanding and ambitious candidates for a Data & Analytics and Marketing Project Coordinator. The role requires strong coordination, communication skills, planning, execution, and self-drive / initiative. Activities will include but are not limited to areas such as: D&A and Marketing office management; project tracking; drafting internal communications; coordinating with sourcing, finance, and human resources; assisting in the oversight of vendors and contractors serving the team; monitoring team site (e.g. Google Spaces) and file share maintenance; internal team service tasks; and basic administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel planning, and organizing meetings and special events.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support across the Equifax Workforce Solutions D&A and Marketing teams using an array of business application software. Provide calendar and meeting coordination support as well as handle confidential matters. Provide travel reservation and itinerary support. Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings for the team, including preparation and distribution of agendas and provisions of lunches, refreshments, etc.
  • Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining any project plans and budgets as needed. Track projects to ensure on-time completions according to specifications. Identifies risks in critical capabilities, project resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports as needed. Identifying opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency and enable increased growth.
  • Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles.
  • Communicate to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop a simple project plan, organize a small group of people, assign tasks, and see an initiative through to completion successfully.
  • Support employee onboarding and engagement including handling equipment requests, planning team building events and employee recognition programs to encourage a strong departmental morale for both the D&A and Marketing teams.
  • Calendar management support will be 25% of this role.

What experience you need

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with project coordination, administrative functions, event coordination, or related activities

  • Demonstrated examples of small projects organized, prioritized, and successfully carried to completion
  • Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
  • Prior experience with Google Suite productivity tools, including Google Spaces, Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, etc.
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Detail oriented and well organized, ability to ask questions and work independently
