In this role you will:

  • Lead collaboration with project team to develop project schedule and timeline.
  • Generate detailed project deliverables and documentation.
  • Review Statement of Work as well as Project Plan with the assigned engineer to set timelines and expectations for implementation.
  • Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that arise during the implementation of projects.
  • Lead the overall coordination and scheduling of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Schedule proper engineering resources to projects.
  • Ensure engineer resources complete time entries and proper documentation.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or timelines for the project change.
  • Communicate effectively with the Client Success Team, Engineers and outside third party consultants and our clients to ensure a smooth process throughout project developments.
  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approved by the client, ensuring that all projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout to maintain the standards expected.
  • Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with the client throughout the project lifecycle through a defined process of regular meeting cadence.
  • Work with the Client Success team to facilitate a smooth client transition from project to daily support at project close.

You will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a project coordinator role.
  • Intermediate Project Management skills.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Strong client interaction skills.
  • Detail focused and process oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with Project Management Software.
  • High level technical knowledge of networking and end user hardware and services.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to travel to other branch and client locations in respective geographic area. (Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Ohio, and/or Indiana). Overnight travel to other regions may be required based on client or project needs.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
