The Project Coordinator - EPMO supports the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)'s Project Managers in executing day-to-day tasks on the organization's largest, most complex projects, while also taking direct leadership roles on other EPMO-sponsored initiatives. Project Coordinators gain first-hand exposure to multiple business units/disciplines within Quantum Health, including product development, market research, corporate branding, client onboarding, marketing, employer branding, technology implementation, and change management.

What you'll do
  • Assist with planning, monitoring and developing business cases and business requirements for strategic projects.
  • Implement, revise, and deploy project plans for approved projects and assist in holding SMEs and internal/external resources accountable to deliverables and deadlines.
  • Regularly lead and facilitate project-focused stakeholder meetings, clearly presenting issues, risks and solutions in an articulate manner.
  • Solicit and analyze data, present findings to appropriate stakeholder groups to inform decision making and project plan adjustments.
  • Serve as a thought partner at all levels, proactively identifying and communicating connection points, disconnects, issues and best practices.

What you'll bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communications, organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills, capable of organizing information succinctly and translating technical concepts for non-technical associates.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems and efficiently communicate them with the project team
  • Highly collaborative approach; Comfort working in cross-functional teams and facilitating resolution of issues to meet client and internal staff expectations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence; comfortable presenting strategic/data-driven content to decision makers and SMEs in-person and virtually.
  • Expert administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
