Location: Memphis, TN; onsite once every other week
As Project Coordinator, you'll work in a dynamic environment supporting our clients. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your skills and continue to learn new ones.
What you'll do at Insight:
- Provide day to day support, complete operational tasks, and assist peers with problem-solving and escalation.
- Support ongoing departmental operations and environment.
- Work collaboratively across a variety of business units to implement new technology and support existing technologies.
- Document meetings, processes, procedures and provide status to management on a weekly basis.
- Facilitate meetings as needed.
- What you'll need to join Insight:

- Experience with/ Ability to:
- Generate and manage detailed project plans
- Manage technical resources working on multiple projects seamlessly
- Create weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports per customer and management requirements
- Document application problems and enhancement opportunities
- Create documentation (job aids, SOPs, user guides, etc.)
- Proficiently use Microsoft tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, and SharePoint Portal
- Must be an excellent communicator - both written and oral
- Must have excellent team relationship management skills and ability to interface seamlessly with peers as well as management
- Must be able to run project update meeting with both technical and non-technical attendees
- Must possess leadership qualities and skills that motivate project team members to drive the project to a successful conclusion:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations
- Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees
- Must have basic working knowledge of compliance and audits
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to support customer's global presence.
