Job Description:
Facebook Reality Labs' Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) team is seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our team. The qualified individuals will work closely with our engineering, special projects, and IT teams to organize, gather data and communicate with cross-functional partners in matters including, but not limited to equipment installation, user studies, team onboarding, and process solutions.

The ideal candidate is organized, possesses strong written and oral skills and is able to juggle multiple tasks. We are looking for person(s) to support a fast-paced work environment with the ultimate goal of creating a safe workspace for all employees.

Job Responsibilities:• End of process support for equipment moves and new build projects, e.g., align equipment installation and move schedules• Oversee equipment delivery and installation calendars• Reconcile and align tasks associated with equipment maintenance and commissioning• Track equipment and new build projects milestones to meet installation deadlines• Provide ongoing communication on project status to key stakeholders• Ability to prioritize and use available tools to be productive and manage high volumes
