We're looking for an analytical, very organized and results-oriented candidate that will be responsible for providing direct tactical and executional lab management support to the Optics and Display Research Team.

DUTIES:
Supporting engineering operations team day-to-day activities across multiple lab management projects.
Managing and coordinating lab activities, tool purchasing and inventory
Development of process flows for optimization of lab tools procurement and space allocation
Managing lab PR/PO requests, shipping requests, vendor tool management, provide program documentation support.
Managing onboarding of external vendors, providing access and coordination of the use of engineering resources and project tools.
Point of contact for project resources and communication with team members, management and stakeholders as needed. Creating and maintaining project documentation, plans and reports.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal staff and external consultants, vendors and other stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of project coordination and/or inventory management experience on large-scale complex projects. Experience organizing, tracking inventory and maintaining documentation.
Has a track record of planning/buying/production planning
Proficiency with project management tools to manage tasks, monitor and track project progress, and identify any issues that arise
Must be familiar with Excel, Oracle ERP tools, project management software, and PowerPoint, gSuite

NICE TO HAVES:
Has experience working within Consumer Electronics or retail distribution environment industry (has worked in a space that deals with customers)

EDUCATION:
Bachelors or Associates Degree in engineering or science discipline or equivalent experience
