Job Title: Project Coordinator
Duration:1 year contract

Job Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget, process change, and details of a given task are well organized.
- They communicate with various departments related to the project to keep everyone on board with any changes to the project plan.
- In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to the project manager/ project team.
- They are also responsible for managing various aspects of the project and processing changes.
- They prioritize change requests, assess the impact, and accept or reject changes. They also document change management processes and change plans.
Project Description
- The client is moving to a Payroll comprehensive managed service with ADP enabling scalability, talent diversity, and maintain multi-state compliance.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- 2+ years' project management experience/ change management
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
