About the Role

As a Project Coordinator in an agile software development environment, you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and end-to-end delivery of programs of work. You will work with internal technical and non-technical teams, stakeholders, external groups, suppliers and other organizations, with a focus on coordinating security testing for critical software systems and medical devices.

Let’s talk about the Responsibilities

• Drive tactical security programs and objectives with a focus on coordinating external security testing for critical software systems

• Manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required

• Clearly communicates facts and insights on program progress through status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans, and any risks or issues

• Build productive internal and external working relationships with product managers, engineering managers, program managers and other stakeholders

• Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally

Let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar field, or a college diploma with relevant work experience

• Good understanding of project management for information technology teams, such as software development

• We are open to consider fresh graduates with excellent communication, planning/organization skills who has managed technical/IT projects as part of their Bachelor/Masters projects.

• Comfortable interfacing both with technical teams and business users spanning multiple geographies

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

• Very good time management and organization skills

• The ideal candidate will have some exposure and experience with security testing, cybersecurity risk and application development.
