Project Coordinator IV

Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
 Complete required trainings according to required timelines.
 Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity.
 Manage project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.
 Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments as needed.
 Perform checks to ensure quality of work completed.
 Execute high quality, timely monitoring and reporting plan(s) including specialized monitoring requests for approved protocols
 Support implementation of new monitoring tools
 Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution.
 Track and report metrics as determined by management according to required timelines.
 Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements. Leads the process improvement opportunities and manages the implementation of associated revised processes and procedures.
 Support the implementation of departmental tools.
 Ability to effectively mentor and train others.
 Other additional duties as assigned by management but not limiting the ones to the ones listed below: Develop a deep understanding of an assigned job and provide solutions to solve specific problems using unique expertise in the subject.
 Guide and develop the mentee to acquire all competencies required to perform the daily tasks independently post sign-off as assigned by management.
 Active listening, showing patience and willingness to help at all times and being available for the mentee.
 Ensure Training files for team are be maintained up to date and Audit ready all the times. Track Weekly/Monthly Training compliance of Team.
 Actively participate and contribute in various Knowledge Sharing Session held across departments within CTTS.
 Appropriate Assessment of Workload and assigning the projects on time based on priority.
 Perform quality check of peers and Identify process gaps that lead to quality errors and suggest steps to improve quality compliance for assigned tasks.
 Able to identify training need with management, lead the training team and schedule, plan and deliver trainings, preparation of training materials and contribute in global initiatives.
 Able to significantly contribute, assist with metrics, end to end task completion, highlight risks related to resourcing, quality related review and identification of gaps, assess and provide training needs as required.
 To create and/or perform review by assessing effectiveness, update SOP's/WI's including timely submission of version controlled documents to global QA SOP team. To lead the team of SOP reviewers making sure SOPs are updated on time.
 Contribute to process improvement having impact on larger team by building efficiency, reducing TAT, improving quality, automation of process etc.
