Project Coordinator, Market Research Professional Services - Contract

What we're looking for
THIS ROLE IS A 6-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION
Momentive requires an experienced Project Coordinator for our Market Research Expert Services team to collaborate with our customers and internal teams, such as Customer Success and Sales, to ensure successful fielding delivery for Market Research projects. The Expert Services team is part of Momentiveβs CCO team, which includes Customer Success, Customer Operations, and Expert Services. You will report to the MRx Expert Services Team Manager.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for guiding customers through their Market Research projects, ensuring their project needs are met and helping avoid or troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The Project Coordinator is the liaison between internal teams and external vendors and ensures all project requirements are fulfilled with quality and timely data. You are someone who is comfortable partnering with our customers every step of the way while their Market Research project is running. You are also comfortable with problem solving and working in ambiguous situations, creating processes along the way. This position is remote-friendly.
We are experts in surveys and Market Research, and help customers get the data they need to solve the problems at hand.
You will
- Launch and manage global market research projects, ranging from low to high complexity. Requires in-depth knowledge of internal and external fielding tools, as well as collaboration with vendors
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal error
- Provide expertise on fielding strategies and best practices for complex projects
- Build effective, professional working relationships with cross functional teams, applying job knowledge to provide guidance and consultation as it relates to fielding and industry best practices.Β
- Communicate with internal and external team members to address any concerns, discussing design/scoping revisions and making adjustments during fieldwork to ensure smooth project delivery
- Communicate directly with Customers regarding survey design, best practices, fielding and troubleshooting of projects, as applicable
- Troubleshoot fielding challenges, such as low completion and incidence rates, and reaching niche demographics
- Escalate Customer concerns, providing all necessary documentation and information to our Customer Success and Sales teams when Customers are unhappy with their projects
- Operate in a pooled support model, as a small team available across the entire sales-assisted customer base
You have
- 3+ years professional experience in a client-facing role (problem-solving and consulting)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (vlookup experience+ preferred)
- Collaborate with a variety of partners, both internally and externally
- Openness and flexibility to change / experience adapting as the business shapes, forms and grows
- A customer-centric mindset
- Experience learning technical concepts and software
- A bias for action, efficiency, and flexibility
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience with project management or market research a plus

What we offer our employees
The hourly pay provided for this position ranges from $32.00/hour to $52.00/hour depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual hourly pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
