Project Coordinator (MEGA)

Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator for the iHerb Multi-Channel eCommerce Growth Accelerator (MEGA) team,  you will play a key role in managing and coordinating our MEGA projects. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and managing project plans while ensuring effective project implementation. MEGA focuses on accelerating growth for our suppliers, brands, and key partners, enabling us to assist companies in enhancing their ecommerce and direct-to-consumer operations. This newly established business unit focuses on leveraging our existing global distribution and fulfillment network to create tailored solutions to drive partner growth. 

Job Expectations:

• Serve as lead Project Coordinator for MEGA projects. Create, manage, facilitate and administer project plans to achieve desired results, meet timelines and stay within budgets.
• Supporting the VP of MEGA, leading the end-to-end development and implementation of the MEGA program, ensuring its successful execution and achievement of objectives while fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional performance.
• Build and manage project coordinator activities for MEGA, including research and outreach to potential brand leads, and preparing presentations and program overviews to showcase the MEGA value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with brand partners to ensure the program contributes to their success and adds value to their business.  Work with internal teams to proactively identify and implement enhancements to improve partner satisfaction and program effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the ecommerce space.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining project plans, along with the ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) for projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of the ecommerce industry, enabling effective project management in that domain. Familiarity with ecommerce B2C operations and platforms [Shopify, Amazon], providing valuable insights and guidance for project planning and execution.
• Demonstrated agility in adapting to changing project conditions and thriving in fast-paced environments, ensuring project success.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, facilitating efficient coordination within project teams.
• Understanding and preferred experience managing similar projects, contributing to targeted and impactful project strategies.

Equipment Knowledge:

• High aptitude and ability to make efficient use of online productivity and communication tools, including Google Workspace suite and Asana.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management. business development and account management, program design and execution, and working with cross-functional teams on projects.
• Experience working with a growth-oriented, large global organization or an entrepreneurial start-up is a plus.
• Adept at managing multiple projects, multi-tasking and building relationships to achieve desired results and to meet organizational goals

Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
• MBA is a plus
