Project Coordinator - Operations
Job Description
Mintel is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the dynamic Chicago Comperemedia Direct team. The Project Coordinator will support the Operations Department by managing the day to day of our panels, maintain vendor relationships related to our mail study, as well as document trends, processes, and issues as they arise. This person must be comfortable working with outside parties, develop and uphold documentation related to the data, and analyze the data to ensure compliance with standards and historical trends.Β
What You Will Be Doing:
- Create and develop ways to track recruitment, mail pick ups, inventory counts, and documentation for operational processes.Β
- Produce and send marketing email communications leveraging tools such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.
- Communicate with panelists in a timely manner and verify participation in their mail study, as well as overseeing the panel health by recruiting and performing cleanses as needed.
- Monitor and manage vendor workload, ensuring deadlines are being met.
- Assist IT teams to resolve internal and external support issues.
- Summarize findings in weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
- Help others within Comperemedia Direct and Mintel execute requests and answer questions.
- Work with senior management on meeting budget allocations.
