Job Description
Administrative duties to include but not limited to:organizing meetings, preparing and organizing meeting minutes, maintaining project documentation and files, coordinating communication between project managers/vendors/stakeholders, assisting with budget tracking and financial reporting, assisting with data entry, help create and update tools and templates, assist with quality control processes and documentation, maintaining project deliverables, gathering and verifying information from project team members, inputting purchase order data into financial systems, assisting with closeout responsibilities, etc. Project Management - Proactively assist with project-related issues on account or assignment, Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
