Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the Professional Service Engagement Management team and handling smaller client engagements at BlackBerry. This role will cover essentially the Central, Mountain, and West Coast time zones (USA and Canada).

What you will do

• Gain an understanding of the Professional Services department and the role of the Engagement Manager
• Complete new project setup tasks
• Prepare RAID and communication plan
• Client PAR
• Kickoff deck
• Secure File Share folders
• Pre-engagement checklist
• Weekly status meeting presentation
• Send client console request (if applicable)
• Cover Engagement Manager client meetings, as needed
• Fill out RAID tracker/communication plan
• send follow-up email
• Advise EM of any call follow ups needed
• Perform other support tasks, as needed, such as:
• Focus on mapping accounts with partner representatives while forming a coordinated account plan that will ultimately optimize revenue and exceed the forecast.
• Run Health Check reports
• Salesforce maintenance such as adding Client EM
• Update project information in Open Air
• Assist with department uplift projects
• Participate in PMO team calls (revenue forecasting, regional team, etc.)
• Participate and act as scribe for PMO Meetings and send meeting notes link in PMO Slack room
• Continually Shadow EM Team to increase project management skills and learn processes
• Project lead for smaller client projects
• TZAPs and small ThreatZERO projects (under 500 endpoints)
• Track and communicate weekly action items on RAID tracker
• Kickoff/Closeout Presentation Delivery
• Internal Weekly Revenue forecasting

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant experience
• Fluent oral / written skills in both English and French and excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of organization
• Strategic problem solver
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to get up to speed on new systems quickly with regards to a multitude of software programs including, but not limited to:
• Salesforce, LastPass, Open Air, DocuSign, Smartsheet, and more
