Project Coordinator (roofing/remodeling)

100% remote position

Looking for a Production Coordinator (VA position | Non-US) to work for a roofing company located in Texas United States

Qualifications are:
Must be able to speak English and Spanish
Must have CONSTRUCTION or SOLAR or REMODELING type experience for atleast of one year
Must have dispatching experience of some sort
Must be able to work 7:30am-4:30pm Central Time
Must have strong wifi
Must be able to speak English and Spanish

Responsibilities and Duties are:
Oversee scheduling and communication with customers regarding their roofing projects
Oversee reporting information and data entry
Oversee all permit responsibilities for before and after each roofing project
Assist with communication between sales and production team
Order materials and schedule deliveries from supply houses
Schedule replacement start dates for our homeowners
Communicate gratitude and expectations with customers
Assist with vendor/sub-contractor coordinations
Invoice and collect payments as needed
